Yes, we currently offer shipping outside of Texas to the following states (regions):


When will I receive my order?

Please allow 2 to 3 business days for processing, and we will ship your order same day or the following business day.

Please review the shipping schedule for more details. 

We use two-day shipping to ensure our cheesecakes are delivered to you fresh .

Tracking numbers will be provided for all orders.

What are your rates? 

The flat rate for shipping is $20 with a minimum order of two dozen cheesecake minis.


How are they calculated?

Rates are auto-calculated using FedEx most recent rate schedule.

How will my order arrive?

The 10” cheesecakes arrive individually wrapped, boxed and shipped in an insulated package with ice/ and or gel packs. The cheesecake minis arrive in our commercial packaging with ice/ and or gel packs.







Can I select a future delivery date?

Yes! Enter the preferred delivery date in the comment box during checkout. 

What should I do once I receive my order?

Immediately unpacked your cheesecake(s) and place it in the freezer until they are ready to be consumed.

How long will my cheesecake keep when frozen/refrigerated?

We recommend consuming your cheesecakes (unopened) in the freezer within 30 days to ensure quality and freshness. Consume opened cheesecakes within seven days (refrigerated) to ensure quality and freshness.

What if my package is damaged?

We do our best to ensure our packages are packed tightly and labeled appropriately so that they are handled with care but accidents do happen. If the integrity of your order has been compromised due to severe damage by the mail service, you will need to file a claim with the shipping service.

What if my package was delivered to the wrong address?

If you need to change your delivery address, please email us at and we will update your delivery details. We cannot accept responsibility if the delivery address was given to us incorrectly and not updated by you prior to shipment. 

If your order was delivered to the incorrect address due to a mistake made by the mail service, you may file a claim with the shipping service directly.

What if I’m not home when my order is delivered?

We do not require a signature to receive orders and they will be left as per the standards/guidelines of how you would typically receive a delivery from the shipping service. We do recommend that orders are received, unpacked and placed into your freezer/refrigeration as close to the delivery time as possible to ensure quality and freshness .
